We do offer additional postage options including Saturday delivery, these will incur a surcharge.

• Saturday Royal Mail Special delivery – surcharge of £10.00 per package*.

• Saturday Royal Mail Special Delivery before 9 am – surcharge of £40.00 per package*.

Please note, there may be some instances when Saturday delivery is not available on your order (this could be due to time of order, currency, or amount).

The delivery options available to your specific order will be listed when you select your preferred delivery date, when you order your currency.

The cost will be automatically calculated as you checkout.

*Orders are split into packages of up to £2500 value per package for insurance purposes delivery charges are calculated per package.

You can pay for travel money orders using a UK based debit card, personal credit card or by bank transfer.
If you wish to pay for an order with both card and a bank transfer, currently you will need to carry this out as two separate orders.
We only accept UK domiciled cards.
Please note, we do not accept corporate credit cards.

Cancellations occur typically because of Card authorisation failure or non-receipt of funds.

Orders are prepared and despatched via Royal Mail Special delivery the (business) day before the estimated delivery date.

You will be informed of the order being prepared in the morning via email, then despatch and tracking information later in the day.

You can check the estimated delivery state and details of your order in your order history, Please login and check your Order History. This is a live data area and will give you the up to date status.

Incorrect amount received

The following three steps resolve the majority of cases of incorrect amounts being received:

1. Please note we can send a maximum of £7500 (or equivalent) per day per address so your order may be sent over 2 or more days.

2. Ensure you have checked that none of the notes have stuck together, occasionally static holds the notes together making them harder to count.

3. Re-check your envelope, the most common reason for missing notes is that a note has remained in the envelope.

We accept any currency listed on the buyback menu however, we do not accept EUR 500 & 200 banknotes and CHF 1000 banknotes nor do we accept coins in any currency.
