Please read this small guide completely as it should answer all of your questions.


How do we offer such great rates?

As we are a broker we access wholesale rates that are updated every minute. Most banks and brokers set their rate in the morning and do not move it throughout the day. If there is a major exchange rate movement during the day you will only benefit from it through us.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is £300, with a minimum of £100 per currency.

What is the maximum order?

We apply no maximum order value.

Can I order multiple currencies at the same time?

Yes, subject to minimum order values. Individual or combined orders below £700 attract a £5.00 handling fee. Any individual currency order below £300.00 will attract a £2 additional currency fee.

We do not supply travellers’ cheques and Prepaid Cards.


How do I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer, internet or telephone banking, BACS or CHAPS. Faster Payments is a free service offered by most banks now and usually allows us to see your payment quicker than other methods. It can take up to 24 hours to show in our bank despite your bank’s reassurance to the contrary. It may have left your account but that does not mean that we can always see it in ours yet. We recommend use of this service if it is available. We do not accept cash payments into our accounts, card payments or Cheques under any circumstances.

Your internet banking will not find us under the “pay a company” option as it does not feature Limited companies. You should pay through the “pay a person “option.

If you have used us before it is ok to use your previous order number as a reference if you cannot change it.


When do I pay?

Your payment must reach us as cleared funds within one Business day of placing your order; this is your Payment Date, in order for us to secure the rate on your order.. No deliveries are despatched until we receive cleared funds.


Where can you deliver to?

The address you specify on your order. We do not recommend delivery to work addresses.

What happens if no one is at home when the Royal Mail delivers?

They will leave you a notice telling you they attempted delivery. As the package must be signed for they will return it to your local sorting office and you will need to collect it from them. All the information you need will be on the card.

Can I arrange a specific delivery time?

Standard delivery is next business day by 1.00pm however, we cannot guarantee how the pandemic affects the Royal Mail delivery schedule and a delivery schedule up to 4pm is the current service arrangement. You can view the Royal Mail’s latest information here

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive a despatch email from us with your unique tracking code. Simply enter it into this website for up to date tracking of your package. You will not see data until late evening on day of despatch.

How do I receive my money?

We will post it to you by Royal Mail Insured Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Please note we can send a maximum of £7500 (or equivalent) per day per address so your order may be sent over 2 or more days. If you fall into this category we may discuss the delivery logistics with you. We only deliver to the areas dictated by the terms of the Royal Mails Special Delivery service


What will I receive as confirmation and other communication?

You will receive an email back detailing the order processed and details of our account for you to send payments to. It is important that you read this completely as it contains important information about your order and how to pay us correctly.

You will also receive an email from us when we receive your payment and again when we despatch your order.

What are the charges?

There are no commission or postage charges to pay on your order. If your order total is below £700, a £5.00 handling fee will occur. Any individual currency order below £300.00 will attract a £2.00 handling fee.

If you specifically require a particular note denomination or a delivery time outside of the Royal Mail standard schedule then a charge may apply. Please contact us for clarification

Can I change or amend my order?

Yes, but this is at our sole discretion and may involve a charge.

Can I return unused currency to you?

Yes. You will find a link to the buyback form at the foot of your Order confirmation email and on every page of the website. We neither supply nor buy back 200 & 500 Euro notes. We do not accept coins back as part of the buyback process.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If under exceptional circumstances you contact us and we agree to terminate your order you will be required to pay a £25.00 cancellation fee plus the costs of reversing the foreign exchange transaction. You will agree to this in our Terms and Conditions when placing your order.
