The British Travel awards are voted for by consumers and the public, so your votes in 2019/2020 helped us achieve this. We were ecstatic with our win, and we want to accomplish the same or better in 2022.
The Challenge
We are up against the biggest companies in the industry and face the challenge that many smaller retailers and online companies face, that we just don’t have the exposure of shops on every high street or the number of sales that the bigger players have.
The current gold award holder The Post Office is certainly the biggest in the industry and has dominated the voting over the past years, but our commitment to the best prices on currencies and 5-star excellent service is incomparable to theirs and makes us proud competitors and very worthy contenders.

In the last year, we have launched our new website and new services and we are continuously striving to improve service and client satisfaction which is recognised through the stunning reviews our clients submit to Google and Trustpilot.
