How it works
How do we offer such great rates?
As we are a broker we access wholesale rates that are updated every minute. Most banks and brokers set their rate in the morning and do not move it throughout the day. If there is a major exchange rate movement during the day you will only benefit from it through us.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is £300 of your chosen currency. For orders below £500 we apply a £5.00 handling charge.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer, internet or telephone banking, BACS, CHAPS or cheque. Faster Payments is a free service offered by most banks now and usually allows us to see your payment quicker than other methods. We recommend use of this service. Check here to see if your bank allows Faster Payments http://www.apacs.org.uk/. Please allow 5 working days for cheque payment to clear. You can also pay in cash at any branch of Lloyds TSB however we will need at least 24 hours to clear a cash deposit.

What will I receive as confirmation?
You will receive an email back detailing the Order processed and details of our account for you to send payments to.
When do I pay?
We will confirm a date to you by when we must receive your funds with your order. No orders are sent until we receive cleared funds.
How do I receive my money?
We will post it to you by Royal Mail Insured Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Please note we can send a maximum of £7500 (or equivalent) per day to each address so your order may be sent over 2 days.
What are the charges?
There are no charges, commission or postage to pay on your order unless your order is below £500 which will incur a £5 handling fee and/or you specifically require a Saturday delivery which will incur a separate £5.00 charge.
Where can you deliver to?
The address you specify on your order. We do not recommend delivery to work addresses.
What happens if no one is at home when the Royal Mail delivers?
They will leave you a notice telling you they attempted delivery. As the package must be signed for they will return it to the depot and you will need to collect it from them. All the information you need will be on the card.
Can I change or amend my order?
Yes, but this is at our sole discretion and may involve a charge.
Can I return unused currency to you?
Yes and we will agree a rate with you to convert the currency back to Pounds or donate it to charity if you wish - just let us know.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If under exceptional circumstances you contact us and we agree to terminate your order you will be required to pay a £50.00 cancellation fee which you will agree to in our Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order. This fee will be reduced to £25.00 if received and cleared within 14 days of cancellation.
